Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron and Maestro. We charge in full at point of order. Backordered items will be despatched with no further charge. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We also accept Group Cheques. We can no longer accept personal Cheques.

Please note that in order to purchase any official Scout Association Badges you MUST enter your full membership number on the payment section. If this number is not entered the order will NOT be processed. If you are unsure of your membership number please see the FAQ's section of the site in order to locate it.

Customers are advised that from time to time badges may be sponsored by a company and will bear the logo of that company. Sponsorship of particular badges can last for extended periods of time. We have no control over this and cannot provide unsponsored badges until the sponsorship runs its course. It is important to remember that no matter the aesthetic implications a logo may have on badge, or your views regarding advertising, it does not detract from the work put in by the kids to acheive the badge. The badges shown on our website will always be the unsponsored version of the badge. This does not mean that the badges sent to you will be unsponsored.

If you know that your order is big and heavy can you please make sure that the delivery address is applicable. You may be required to give a signature on delivery. If you know you will not be there, either leave a shipping note requesting a neighbour or use a work address.
Shipping And Handling Shipping Costs.

Please note that we only despatch orders Monday - Friday.

1) STANDARD Delivery: (Royal Mail 2nd class)
Orders up to £100 - £4
Orders over £100 - FREE!

2) EXPRESS Delivery: (Royal Mail 1st class)

Orders up to £125 - £6
Orders over £125 - FREE

3) BADGE Standard: (Royal mail 2nd class) is class of delivery will only be accepted if you are only purchasing badges and woggles. Any other items selected in your cart will result in full "Standard Delivery" charges being applied.

a) Orders up to £100 - £2.75
b) Orders over £100 - FREE!

4) EXPRESS BADGE: (Royal Mail 1st class) This class of delivery will only be accepted if you are only purchasing badges and woggles. Any other items selected in your cart will result in full "Express Delivery" charges being applied.

a) Orders up to £125 - £3.75
b) Orders over £125 - FREE!

5) COURIER - Interlink/DPD - This will be despached via Interlink/DPD Courier. These are generally delivered the next working day (Mon - Fri) after the day of despatch. This is Not a Guarenteed next day service. It may take longer depending on your postcode eg IV, AB, KY & PH. Your will be required to sign for the parcel unless a suitable shipping note has been recieved i.e leave with neighbour or leave round back. Please use a mobile number and email when placing the order you will get a text/email notification from interlink/DPD with an hour delivery slot and then a 15 minute allocation. You can also change your delivery from here either requesting it be left with a naighbour, leave in a safe place, collect from depot or deliver another day.

a) All courier orders are charged at £8.50 and we aim to despatched the same day if the order is recieved before 12.00 hrs (Mon - Fri) If after or ordered Sat/Sun it will be despatched the next working day (Mon-Fri)

All BFPO orders will desptched via Royal Mail.

Most goods are posted via Royal Mail to mainland UK. We aim to post your order out the same day if placed recieved before 14.00hrs, Monday - Friday. Orders recieved after 14.00 should be despatched the next working day (Mon - Fri). A slight delay may occur if we are extremely busy, it may take an extra day or so for us to despatch it. We do our best to get your order on its way to you as fast as we can and we are commended on the speed of our service.

Please note that if your order is over a certain weight or price we may upgrade it to 1st class or courier at no extra charge. Please remember this if you are ordering heavy items.

Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items within 1 - 2 working days and 2nd class within 3 - 5. Courier parcels should be delivered within 1 - 2 working days. Please note a signature mayl be required if your delivery is couriered. If you know you will not be in, please leave a shipping note or change your delivery address to a work address for example.

A guaranteed next day delivery service within the UK is available Monday to Friday. However, it may not always be possible. The price of delivery will include original p&p plus a surcharge. This will be dependent on the nature and weight of the goods. Please phone the shop to see if this service is available. If it is, we will get back to you to confirm the extra cost of delivery. Please remember that guaranteed deliveries must be signed for.

International Delivery

We deliver to selected places. Costs are as follows

Please note if International Orders are excessively heavy or outwith the dimentions of AirMail we may not be able to ship them. We reserve the right to cancel any International orders should this be the case. A full refund will be issued.
Delivery Schedule

These may/will be sent via DPD/InterLink Express. These will generally arrive the next day but may take 2 or 3 depending on your postcode. These will require a signature.. (Please bear this in mind when ordering several items of uniform or larger stock lines.

24 hour next day delivery service within the UK is available. However, it may not always be possible. The price of delivery will include original p&p plus a surcharge. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will be charged for these items at the time of order. You will be notified if the product is out of stock by a small note on your reciept. If we do not have the majority of the items you have ordered we will notify you by e-mail. We will forward these on as soon as they are available at no further charge.
Tax Charges All prices on the Web Site are inclusive of VAT @ 20.00% There are many items on the website that are VAT free or Zero Rated.
Credit Card Security All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted in the Sagepay software when the order is placed.

Please note that if your Maestro Card does not have a issue number please enter 0 or 1 on the payments page. It is generally only Natwest & Clydesdale bank cards that have issue numbers.
