  1. Take part in at least one session of an Action Sport of your choice.
Ensure that supervision is provided by an an appropriately qualified personif your action sport requires one.
  2. Complete 3 Activities. You Could:
    1. Discover - Find out how an action sport has changed since it’s invention.
Look at the technology used and how it’s image has changed.
    2. Experience - Take part in an action sport.
Learn the skills required for the activity, any equipment used, and how to keep yourself safe when partaking the activity
    3. Mobilise - Find out about action sport opportunities in your community. What can you do to help a community sports club?

Think about how you'll get there, what costs are involved and what kit you'll need. Then put the plan into place!
    5. Create - Create a new piece of equipment or accessory that can be used for an action sport of your choice.
You could present your design to the rest of your group and compare it with others in a structured, competitive activity. You could even create a prototype and try it out!
