      1. Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class):
        Orders up to £35 – £3.00
        Orders over £35 – FREE

      2. Ordering badges and your order value is less than £35? Select our £1.00 badge only order delivery service.

      3. A guaranteed next day delivery service within the UK is available Monday to Friday. However, it may not always be possible. The price of delivery will include original P&P plus a surcharge. This will be dependent on the nature and weight of the goods. Please email or WhatsApp us to see if this service is available. If it is, we will get back to you to confirm the extra cost of delivery. Please remember that guaranteed deliveries must be signed for.

      4. International Delivery
        We deliver to most countries for a flat rate of £12.00. If your country isn’t listed, please contact us. The length of time taken for overseas orders will depend on what is ordered and where it is to be sent. Please email us for any more information.

      All BFPO orders will dispatched via Royal Mail.

      Most goods are posted via Royal Mail to mainland UK. We aim to post your order out the same day if received before 12noon, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 12noon will be dispatched the next working day.

      If your order is over a certain weight or value we may upgrade it to 1st class or courier at no extra charge. Please remember this if you are ordering heavy items.

      Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd class post within 3 – 5 working days.

      If International orders are excessively heavy or outwith the dimensions of AirMail we may not be able to ship them. We reserve the right to cancel any International orders should this be the case. A full refund will be issued.

      Back Orders

      If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will be charged for these items at the time of order. You will be notified if the product is out of stock by email or telephone. If we do not have the majority of the items you have ordered we will notify you by email. We will forward these on as soon as they are available at no further charge.

      Returns Policy

      If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may within 14 days, return the goods to us for a refund or exchange as you wish.

      Goods must be returned in a new and unused condition, not soiled in any way, together with all packaging and tags (where appropriate) attached. You must also enclose your till receipt and a short note with your name, address & phone number to tell us what to do with it (without this information we cannot process refunds).

      You will only be refunded for the goods returned. No postage will be refunded. Please also note that the freepost address will only allow up to 1000g in weight. If your need to return something heavier, or if you are returning something from outwith the UK, please contact us to make arrangements.

      If you order the incorrect colour of neckerchief and it is one which we do not hold in stock, unfortunately we cannot refund/exchange it. Please make sure you have selected the correct colour combination.

      If we have agreed to order a special occasion badge for you, that you have designed, we will be unable to accept returns of it unless there is a difference between what you agreed in your sample or artwork and what you have received.

      Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

      Click & Collect

      Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with personal retail support in our shop. To place a click and collect order, follow the instructions below carefully. 




      Add your items to your basket 

      Use our website to browse our range of products, including details of stock availability. Select the items you want and add them to your basket. 

      Checkout using Click & Collect 

      Scroll down, choosing Click & Collect as your delivery method, then click continue and complete the remaining checkout process. 

      How will I know when my order is ready and when can I collect my order? 

      For every order, we will send you an e-mail or call you to let you know when your order is ready to collect, so please ensure your contact details are accurate. 

      For items in stock, we will normally have your item ready to collect within 1 working day however, during busy periods, this is not guaranteed and can take up to 2/3 days. 

      If your order is urgent please call us and we will try to prioritise it. 

      Please ensure that you allow sufficient time for us to process your order and confirm that your order is ready, before calling or coming to store to collect it, as timescales may vary. If you call into the shop before we have contacted you, you may have to wait while we process your order. 

      For items which are out of stock, we will contact you to let you know when we expect them to be available for collection. We will then contact you again to let you know when your order has arrived in store and the goods are ready for collection. 

      What do I need to collect my order? 

      Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail. 

      We will hold your order in store for 14 daysif you have any problems collecting your order, please feel free to contact us. If you do not collect your order within 14 days and we do not hear from you, we will assume that you no longer want your order. 

      Can Someone Else Collect My Order? 

      Yes, provided they have the order number. 

      How do I cancel/change my order? 

      If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made using the original payment method.

      With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

      You Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that, as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up and get it sent out to you - it often never even hits the stock room shelves!


      With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

      So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

      Estimated Delivery Dates

      Estimated Delivery Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

      The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery Dates provided on product pages.
